Great recipe! I added a seeded jalapeno to the mix and used a turkey smoked sausage. We enjoyed the change from mexican cornbread. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Daily Inspiration

Made this delicious cornbread tonight for dinner and served it as a main meal along with a tomato tart. We really enjoyed the creamy texture of the cornbread made by the creamed corn and sour cream. We used some jalapeno smoked sausage in this dish.
