Step 1
In large frying pan, heat oil on medium and fry onion 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 2
To make sauce, combine all ingredients and season to taste.
Step 3
Heat pan on high and brush steaks with extra oil, season and sear 1 minute each side, remove from pan and rest, covered with foil, 2 minutes.
Step 4
Fill rolls with rocket, tomato and steaks and top with onions and sauce and serve with fries, if desired.
Step 5
NOTES - Horseradish cream can be replaced with mustard or sweet chilli sauce if preferred. Remove steaks from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature.
