"From one of our national supermarkets free monthly magazine June 2018. Times are estimated. I made these for the DH and is smoko and at his request I used all milk chocolate melt discs (125 grams) and the 100ml of thickened cream just mixed the lot together and melted the chocolate into the cream over a low heat and stirred continuously until smooth and no salt on them.."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Arrange the 12 tart shells on a serving platter and spoon in the caramel.
Step 2
To make the ganache place milk chocolate and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Step 3
Bring thicken cream to a simmer in a saucepan over high heat and then add to the chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate mixture over the caramel and set aside for 5 minutes to set.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, then dig in.
