Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 (300 grams) tart shells (2 x 150 gram packets - total of 12 tart shells)
  • 380 gram caramel (Nestle Top 'n' Fill Caramel)
  • FOR GANACHE
  • 75 grams milk chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 50 grams dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 100 ml heavy whipping cream ( thickened cream)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Arrange the 12 tart shells on a serving platter and spoon in the caramel.

  • Step 2: To make the ganache place milk chocolate and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

  • Step 3: Bring thicken cream to a simmer in a saucepan over high heat and then add to the chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.

  • Step 4: Pour the chocolate mixture over the caramel and set aside for 5 minutes to set.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, then dig in.
