Step 3: Bring thicken cream to a simmer in a saucepan over high heat and then add to the chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Step 4: Pour the chocolate mixture over the caramel and set aside for 5 minutes to set.
Step 5: Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, then dig in.
