Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sift together the cornstarch, icing (powdered) sugar and flour.
Step 2
Blend in butter until a soft smooth dough forms.
Step 3
Let chill till dough is easy to handle
Step 4
Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes
Step 5
Bake 300' for 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a rack and cool.
Watch that these cookies do not brown. You want to pull them out while they still look a little underdone - the idea is that they do not brown on the bottom
