Step 1: Sift together the cornstarch, icing (powdered) sugar and flour.
Step 2: Blend in butter until a soft smooth dough forms.
Step 3: Let chill till dough is easy to handle
Step 4: Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes
Step 5: Bake 300' for 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a rack and cool.
