I baked it on the grill and it was really delicious with grill baked potatoes and corn with butter parmesan balls!

I've been looking for a good meatloaf recipe that didn't include tomato, ketchup, or barbecue sauce. Well, here it is! I cut it in half for one mighty fine loaf! I had some ground meat odds and ends in the freezer, so it ended up being about half beef, one quarter ground pork, and one quarter mild Italian sausage. That said, I did not adjust the seasonings at all, except I had celery seed, not celery salt, so I used that and just upped the regular salt a smidge. I used panko for the breadcrumbs. The real test is that I had to feed men, and men have a thing about meatloaf, don't they? Well, these men loved this meatloaf! It was moist, but held together well. The flavor was very meaty and manly. All of this with peas, mashed potatoes and gravy have elevated my household status considerably! Thanks for posting, Papa D!
