"My Mom got this recipe off of a Pet Milk can. I dont always have swis cheese on hand, so I use whatever cheese I have. Sometimes I double the soup mixture for extra sauce. This is good over boiled potatoes, noodles, or rice."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix first seven indredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Drain. .

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Bake 10 minutes. Garnish with additional parsley flakes.

made smaller meat balls and used Cheddar cheese. I only used 12 meat balls (froze the rest)but made a full sauce recipe. I will freeze The remainder of the sauce and at a later date will add my frozen meatballs for another delicious effort free effort free dinner. Thanks for a tasty easy dinner
