Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 2 ounces Swiss cheese (1/2 cup, shredded, or cheese of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Hot sauce (2 or 3 drops Tabasco, or more)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first seven indredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Drain. .

  • Step 2: Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Bake 10 minutes. Garnish with additional parsley flakes.
