Step by Step Method
Step 1
Steam vegetables over chicken broth in stock pot for 14 minutes or until tender.
Step 2
Cook roux ingredients and add to chicken broth, whisk.
Step 3
Add soup ingredients and veggies and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add sour cream, cream and garnish ingredients, don't boil or soup will break.
Step 5
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Season to taste.
