Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt until dissolved. Bring to boil, pour over sliced onions and let stand 3 hours. Drain well.

Step 2

Mix mayo and sour cream with celery seed and add to onions.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Store in fridge for 24 hrs.
