Marinated and Grilled Summer Squash
"Taken from my mothers recipebook. She was a fan of Giada's so I'm thinking this might be from there. It's a good way to fix squash."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place squash in bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together, except oil.
Step 3
Drizzle oil in slowing whipping to emulsify.
Step 4
Pour marinade over squash, reserve some to pour over after grilling. Marinade for 2 hours or more.
Step 5
Grill on hot gril, turning when cooked on one side. This will not take long as squash will cook quickly if grill is hot.
Step 6
Place hot cooked squash in bowl and pour reserve marinade over the top, serve immediately.
