Step 1: Place squash in bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together, except oil.
Step 3: Drizzle oil in slowing whipping to emulsify.
Step 4: Pour marinade over squash, reserve some to pour over after grilling. Marinade for 2 hours or more.
Step 5: Grill on hot gril, turning when cooked on one side. This will not take long as squash will cook quickly if grill is hot.
Step 6: Place hot cooked squash in bowl and pour reserve marinade over the top, serve immediately.
