Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2

Spray roasting pan with Pam.

Step 3

In the pan combine the first 7 ingredients (all ingredients except for pecans); toss.

Step 4

Roast, stirring occasionally or until potatoes are browned and tender.

Step 5

Sprinkle with pecans.

My goodness is this yummy...I might have cut my chunks to small because they were done pretty quick...they had the perfect amount of sweetness to them...loved the crunch of the pecans...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
