Step by Step Method

Step 1

To make mango sauce, cut cheeks away from the mango and scoop out flesh and cut flesh from the stone.

Step 2

Place mango flesh in a blender with juice and blend until smooth.

Step 3

To serve, place one scoop of ice cream and one scoop of sorbet into four shallow glass dishes and drizzle with mango sauce and top with raspberries and sprinkle with coconut.
