  • 100 grams berry sorbet, summer (4 scoops specified)
  • 125 grams fresh raspberries
  • Toasted coconut, shredded to decorate
  • FOR MANGO SAUCE
  • 1 mango, medium
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: To make mango sauce, cut cheeks away from the mango and scoop out flesh and cut flesh from the stone.

  • Step 2: Place mango flesh in a blender with juice and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3: To serve, place one scoop of ice cream and one scoop of sorbet into four shallow glass dishes and drizzle with mango sauce and top with raspberries and sprinkle with coconut.
