"Adapted from Dom DeLuise. A simple dish with no meat or tomatoes. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown garlic in olive oil.
Step 2
Add onions and gently saute until crunchy and brown.
Step 3
When onions are almost done, add parsley and saute until limp.
Step 4
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.
Step 5
While pasta is cooking, beat eggs, cheese, and basil together.
Step 6
Drain pasta and place in serving bowl.
Step 7
Fold egg mixture into hot pasta.
Step 8
Add onion mixture and mix well.
Step 9
Sprinkle with pepper and top with additional parsley, basil and Parmesan.
