My hubby loves egg salad sandwiches and we have tried many recipes that werent always the healthiest choice. This egg salad was very good but for us the bell pepper didnt seem to fit in to well. I think next time I would finely chop some celery and add it in place of the bell pepper. Made and reviewed for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
