Step 1

Heat butter,she said cooking spray

And saute mushrooms and bell peppers until softened

Meanwhile beat eggs milk onion powder and salt ,I would add a little pepper now but that's me

Place 2 tablespoons egg mixture on each tomato and then 1/2 tablespoons of cheese on top of eggs grind black pepper to taste on top

Broil until cheese melts
