  • 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices tomato,1/2 inches thick
  • 4 english muffins,toasted
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, finely shredded,(1/4 cup )
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter,she said cooking spray

  • Step 2: And saute mushrooms and bell peppers until softened

  • Step 9: Broil until cheese melts

  • Step 10: About 1 minute
