Step 1

Meatloaf: Mix meatloaf ingredients together well.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish, and mound in center, leaving 1 inch on all sides.

Step 3

Sauce: Mix together, and spread sauce ingredients over meatloaf.

Step 4

To Finish: Bake in oven at 375 degrees, for 1 hour 10 minutes, or at 350 degrees, for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 5

Spoon out of pan. Don't try to slice.

Well i tried this meatloaf cus it sounded so different from the usual, wow it sure is different !! but has lovely flavour and is a nice change. Because you suggested spooning it out rather than trying to slice it I thought it would be good served over noodles , it sure was the way to go, we loved it over buttered noodles with spinach, a kinda meatloaf sauce! Thanks for a tasty , supper!
