Linda's Sweet And Sour Meatloaf

Ingredients
- MEATLOAF
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crackers, crushed (1/2 sleeve)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Meatloaf: Mix meatloaf ingredients together well.

Step 2: Grease a baking dish, and mound in center, leaving 1 inch on all sides.

Step 3: Sauce: Mix together, and spread sauce ingredients over meatloaf.

Step 4: To Finish: Bake in oven at 375 degrees, for 1 hour 10 minutes, or at 350 degrees, for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 5: Spoon out of pan. Don't try to slice.
