We tried it and we loved every last tidbit! So delicious, and spicy with flavor, but not too hot heat wise! Super easy, and great with your favorite Mexican Rice. Winner winner, Mexican Dinner!

So much flavor going on here! The sauce on top just made it all come together. Best meatloaf ever with Mexican rice!

Yum this meatloaf was well seasoned and had a zip to it from the pepper jelly tasted great(although you have jello written there but I knew it was jelly). We like this meatloaf better than any other one we have ever had. It really can't be beat!

Good spicy but not hot meatloaf! The kids tried it and Alexa liked it so much she had a second piece, but Jayce decided on chicken nuggets instead. Me and the hubby really loved it and it is now added to our meal plan!

Hooooooooooooey, this is spicy and delicious!! I made this with 2 slight modifications. I used Frank's RedHot Sauce instead of the Texas Pete's Sauce and I used spicy red pepper jelly instead of the jalapeno jello as those items are not sold here. Thanks for sharing this great recipe. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag game.
