Linda's Seafood Pasta Salad

"I love the flavors in this pasta salad with the addition of the lemon, shrimp and Old Bay Seasoning! I often substitute whole wheat pasta in this dish. I also double the mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning and lemon, adding half when I initially make it, then just before serving I add some more, so it isn't dry after sitting in the fridge for flavors to marry. Sometimes I just double up on the shrimp or the crabmeat instead of using both together. Either way, this recipe is a keeper for sure!"

Delicious and easy enough to whip up once the prepping is done. We loved it with burgers and fresh corn at our first barbecue of the year. Covid be damned!

We made this last night and let it sit overnight to blend the flavors up good. Just sampled it to adjust the flavor and didn't have to do anything. The family is going to love this at our celebration today!

The first time I had this my Aunt Linda made it for us to try. It was delicious and a crowd pleaser with our family. I tried my hand at making it the first time over labor day. It was a hit and tasted just like yours auntie!

I let this get really cold before serving to give the flavors time to mix. The shrimp were a great addition to a really delicious pasta salad. It was really fresh tasting and we loved it with our swordfish!

We loved the addition of the shrimp! It's delicious and is a great side to so many summertime dishes. We had it last night and I am having the leftovers with some fried shrimp for lunch. Yum!!
