Linda's Seafood Pasta Salad

"I love the flavors in this pasta salad with the addition of the lemon, shrimp and Old Bay Seasoning! I often substitute whole wheat pasta in this dish. I also double the mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning and lemon, adding half when I initially make it, then just before serving I add some more, so it isn't dry after sitting in the fridge for flavors to marry. Sometimes I just double up on the shrimp or the crabmeat instead of using both together. Either way, this recipe is a keeper for sure!"

The first time I had this my Aunt Linda made it for us to try. It was delicious and a crowd pleaser with our family. I tried my hand at making it the first time over labor day. It was a hit and tasted just like yours auntie!

I let this get really cold before serving to give the flavors time to mix. The shrimp were a great addition to a really delicious pasta salad. It was really fresh tasting and we loved it with our swordfish!

We loved the addition of the shrimp! It's delicious and is a great side to so many summertime dishes. We had it last night and I am having the leftovers with some fried shrimp for lunch. Yum!!

This is so refreshing and especially good cold out of the refrigerator. I made it to have with ribs and the family went bonkers for it! I will make this several more times this summer to have with grilled meats.

Tyler and I both love it, and I am so happy you told me out it auntie. You were right;it is delicious! I added in some capers that I had to use up and they were good with this. I will make it again and pass on the recipe to a few of my coworkers.
