Step by Step Method

Step 1

Lightly spray a skillet with vegetable oil, medium heat, saute the onions and mushrooms until they are golden, about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Add cooked lima beans, stir, cook about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Turn heat to low add VH sauce, stir, heat through about 5 minutes - watch you do not burn the sauce.

Tasty! I made a couple of changes (added some sugar snap peas that needed to be used up, had to make my own honey-garlic sauce since we don't have it here, used a yellow onion instead of a sweet onion, used canned lima beans), but we really loved it! And that sauce is to die for, so I can see me using it in a great number of other dishes as well. Thank you!
