Step 1: Lightly spray a skillet with vegetable oil, medium heat, saute the onions and mushrooms until they are golden, about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add cooked lima beans, stir, cook about 3 minutes.
Step 3: Turn heat to low add VH sauce, stir, heat through about 5 minutes - watch you do not burn the sauce.
