"I saw this on Food Network and since I cant go to La Scala in Hollywood, I thought I would try and make it at home, this was the 1st chopped salad in nation made in the 1960's"

Step 1

Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl (except cheese) and mix well; set overnight in fridge.

Step 2

Chop all salad ingredients until small and mixed; put in bowl.

Toss salad with the dressing; add cheese toss.

Serve with some crusty bread.
