Pour into skillet with garlic.

Step 6

Increase heat to med-high, cook and stir until mixture bubbles and thickens slightly.

Toss gently until all ingredients are coated with sauce.

This was a nice change from what we normally have. The brightness of the lemon was nice. I used a little more salmon than suggested. A nice low fat meal. Thanks. Luvcookn

YUM! So Delicious, creamy, flavor-filled fork at every bite. The veggies are optimum here and the cooking time is spot on. Followed as written, but did increase the cheese by a bit and to please all in my fam, added the salmon to each plate instead of mixing with the pasta, that way both my son and hubs would eat it. Heaven forbid if the pasta touched the salmon….geeze! Thank you, Luvcookn, for sharing. Into my Best Of file it goes. Made it for Billboard and What’s on the Menu tag games.

We loved the creamy sauce this made...the only change I made was to use 1/2 cup heavy cream (that's all I had) and added 1/2 cup of 2% milk...it worked perfectly...this is one tasty dish...it made enough to serve three people...this is going on my best of 2022 list...made for "Billboard" tag game...
