Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease loaf pan well.

Step 2

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs. Add lemon rind. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix in alternately with milk. Spoon into loaf pan.

Step 3

Mix sugar and lemon juice together, let stand while loaf is baking.

Step 4

Bake 50-60 minutes. Pour glaze over loaf while still in pan. Let rest 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
