"Found this recipe in a Sunday paper. A great recipe to use as side dish and the lemon just gives it all a really nice flavour. I used small potatoes instead of chat, so any small potato could be used. I am going to try the butter mixture over steamed broccoli next time."

This recipe proves that simple, many times, is best. I used two different types of potatoes that I had on hand (regular white and Yukon gold). I didn't have chervil, as it's really hard to get around here and I haven't seen it sold in years, so I've decided to plant some seeds. In its place, I used a combination of basil, dill, and cilantro and it sure did come out tasty, creamy, lemony, and I love the garlic in it which I added additional. Thanks so much, Tis, for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag.

i used yukon gold potatoes for this recipe because they are nice and tender when cooked. Added a splash or two of fresh lemon juice along with the rind and the flavor was perfect. Instead of the chervil had dried parsley on hand so used that. Will be making these again. Made and reviewed for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.

Very good potatoes. We used regular size potatoes, cut into quarters and used fresh oregano instead of the chevil. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!
