Step 1: Combine the garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Place the potatoes in a saucepan of cold salted water and bring to boil and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Step 3: Drain potatoes and return them to the pan.
Step 4: Add the butter mixture, chervil and toss well to combine.
Step 5: Serve warm.
