  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 800 grams potatoes, halved (chat potatoes)
  • 1/2 cup chervil (leaves)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.

  • Step 3: Drain potatoes and return them to the pan.

  • Step 4: Add the butter mixture, chervil and toss well to combine.
