Step 1

If using frozen shrimp follow thawing instructions.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 3

Once shrimp are thawed (or fresh) clean them. Removing shell, but leaving tails on.

Step 4

Rinse shrimp well under cold water.

Step 5

Dry shrimp well. Set aside.

Step 6

Slice lemons in circles.

Step 7

Place butter stick in microwave safe dish. Add pressed garlic.

Step 8

Melt butter with garlic.

Step 9

Pour melted butter with garlic into oven safe deep dish 9x13.

Step 10

Place lemon slices in rows in pan with butter.

Step 11

Place shrimp on top of lemon slices (depending on size of shrimp but you should be able to fit 2 shrimp per lemon slice).

Step 12

Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top.

Step 13

Place in oven and bake for 30min.
