Step 1: If using frozen shrimp follow thawing instructions.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350.
Step 3: Once shrimp are thawed (or fresh) clean them. Removing shell, but leaving tails on.
Step 4: Rinse shrimp well under cold water.
Step 5: Dry shrimp well. Set aside.
Step 6: Slice lemons in circles.
Step 7: Place butter stick in microwave safe dish. Add pressed garlic.
Step 8: Melt butter with garlic.
Step 9: Pour melted butter with garlic into oven safe deep dish 9x13.
Step 10: Place lemon slices in rows in pan with butter.
Step 11: Place shrimp on top of lemon slices (depending on size of shrimp but you should be able to fit 2 shrimp per lemon slice).
Step 12: Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top.
Step 13: Place in oven and bake for 30min.
