"The idea for this pie came from the TOH's Best Of Country Cooking 2015.The original recipe was sent to them by Virginia Olsen from West De Moines,Iowa. I didn't have all the ingredients her recipe called for,so I used what was on hand.If desired,serve warm with vanilla ice cream.Posted to " ZAZZ " on 1/17/16. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
Mix together topping ingredients until mixture is crumbly and set aside.
Step 3
Pour apple pie filling in the frozen pie crust and sprinkle topping ingredients evenly over apple filling.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Step 5
Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 minutes or until crumble topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
