Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large frying pan combine ground beef, celery salt, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is browned, 15-20 minutes
Step 3
Combine the meat with mixed vegetables, condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and red hot sauce and pepper. Divide mixture into two 9x13 baking dishes then spread out evenly. Spread mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over each pan.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven covered for 30 minutes; uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
