Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the olive oil, rosemary , marjoram ( or sage) and garlic in a bowl- add the lamb chops and marinate for 3 hours ( or longer).
Step 2
Preheat the broiler - broil the cops for 5 minutes on each side ( or to your liking).
Step 3
Remove the chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over the top- serve immediately.
