Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the olive oil, rosemary , marjoram ( or sage) and garlic in a bowl- add the lamb chops and marinate for 3 hours ( or longer).

Step 2

Preheat the broiler - broil the cops for 5 minutes on each side ( or to your liking).

Step 3

Remove the chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over the top- serve immediately.

Very easy and great flavor. Loved the lemon juice on them. I didn't broil mine, but heated my cast iron grill pan in a 500F oven and cooked them 4 minutes per side. These will be made again.

I love lamb and since I was eating alone during this pandemic, I decided to grab some lamb chops. This recipe is simple and easy to prepare, and sooo delicious! I had roasted sweet potatoes and coleslaw as sides, and the only thing better then this meal would have been if I had been able to eat it with my family! Thank you for sharing this here with us Nat!
