Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 18 to 24 ounces lamb chops (6 rib chops, 3-4 ounces each)
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary ( or 1 tablespoon fresh)
  • 1/4 tablespoon dried marjoram (or sage, or 1/2 tablespoon fresh)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the olive oil, rosemary , marjoram ( or sage) and garlic in a bowl- add the lamb chops and marinate for 3 hours ( or longer).

  • Step 2: Preheat the broiler - broil the cops for 5 minutes on each side ( or to your liking).

  • Step 3: Remove the chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over the top- serve immediately.
