Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Set oven rack to lowest position. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

In a shallow bot combine the breadcrumbs with finely shredded cheddar cheese, seasoned salt, black pepper, cayenne and 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder (remove half of the mixture to another bowl, start with 1 cup and add in more to the bowl as needed otherwise the breadcrumb mixture will get too soggy).
Step 3
In another bowl combine the melted butter with minced garlic.
Step 4
Firstly coat the chicken in the melted butter/garlic mixture, then completely in the breadcrumb mixture pushing down the crumbs with your hands to adhere the breadcrumbs firmly to the chicken. Place in baking pan (if you have any breadcrumb mixture left then sprinkle it on top. breast you use).
