"This marinade will produce the most tender and not to mention the best tasting steak. Amounts listed is enough for 4 steaks about 1 1/2-inches thick. Remember to bring the steaks to almost room temperature before grilling this will relax the meat fibers and make for a more tender juicy steak. For best results it is recommended not to substitute any ingredients, do not add any salt to the marinade and do not salt the meat until ready to grill. The marinade may be used for any cut of steaks"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl until very well combined. Transfer to a heavy ziploc bag. Add in steaks. Seal bag, turn the bag to coat the steaks with the marinade.
Step 2
Place the bag with the steaks in the refrigerator for minimum 6 hours or even better for 24 hours, tossing the bag several times during chilling to evenly coat the steaks.
