Step 1: Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl until very well combined. Transfer to a heavy ziploc bag. Add in steaks. Seal bag, turn the bag to coat the steaks with the marinade.
Step 2: Place the bag with the steaks in the refrigerator for minimum 6 hours or even better for 24 hours, tossing the bag several times during chilling to evenly coat the steaks.
