Step by Step Method
Step 1
Wash rice; soak 30 minutes.
Step 2
Trim green beans; cut. I think they shell some of the beans.
Step 3
Heat the oil; add onion and garlic; cook low so you don't burn them.
Step 4
Add green beans, green pepper, salt and pepper, and coriander. Heat low; cook 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add rice and stock bring to a boil.
Step 6
Cover and put at low simmer for 20 minutes; do not lift the lid.
Step 7
You have to flip this over on a plate when done.
