Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl

Whisk together flour, cinnamon and salt.

In another bowl

Cream together butter, sugar and milk until creamy.

Add the flour mix and bring it together to form a crumbly dough.

Place it between parchment sheets and roll it into 1/4″ thick disc.

With a large round cookie cutter, cut out cookies.

Place them on a greased baking tray.

Lightly dust with cinnamon

Gather remaining dough and repeat.
Step 12
Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.

Cool in the tray and then store in airtight jar.
