Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, combine apples, strawberries, and kiwi.
Step 2
Grate orange peel to measure 1 1/2 tsp.
Step 3
Squeeze juice from orange.
Step 4
Add peel and juice to apple mixture.
Step 5
Stir in brown sugar, and melted jelly/jam.
Step 6
Makes 4 cups salsa
Step 7
Cinnamon Chips: Brush tortillas lightly with water.
Step 8
Combine sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over tortillas.
Step 9
Cut each tortillas into 8 wedges. Place in a single layer on ungreased baking sheets.
Step 10
Bake at 400, for 6-8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool.
Step 11
Dip into Apple Salsa, and enjoy.
