Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease and Pam spray a 9×9 pan, or 9×13 for thinner kugel.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer until blended and smooth.
Step 4
Pour into dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle top with cinnamon liberally.
Step 6
Cook at 350F until firm, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour; if in 9x13 check at 45 minutes.
