  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk, (pareve)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Grease and Pam spray a 9×9 pan, or 9×13 for thinner kugel.

  • Step 3: Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer until blended and smooth.

  • Step 4: Pour into dish.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle top with cinnamon liberally.

  • Step 6: Cook at 350F until firm, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour; if in 9x13 check at 45 minutes.
