Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the consomme, sherry and tomato juice until boiling.
Step 2
Cool in fridge.
Step 3
When cold, add the half and half (light cream).
Step 4
Season lightly to taste.
Step 5
Bowl up and add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle chives over it.
