"The "Grace" brand Jamaican seasoning paste comes in mild (green jar) or hot (red jar). If you love heat use the red jar, if you prefer timid use the green jar. This will serve 4 with a side of rice or salad or 2 if this is all you are serving."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk together the seasoning paste and avocado oil in a medium bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the chops into bite size cubes (about 1" cubes) and place in seasoning paste and avocado oil, mix well making sure all the pork loin cubes are covered with sauce; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours or more.

Step 3

Slice the pepper in half, remove stem and seeds and chop into bite size pieces.

Step 4

Place the meat and peppers on a skewer and brush with whatever sauce is left in bowl.

Step 5

Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and cook in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 to 20 minutes until pork is cook through. This will depend on how thick your pork cubes are.
