Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound pork loin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil (avocado oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk seasoning paste (I use the Grace brand)
  • 2 bell peppers (medium peppers)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the seasoning paste and avocado oil in a medium bowl and set aside.

  • Step 2: Slice the chops into bite size cubes (about 1" cubes) and place in seasoning paste and avocado oil, mix well making sure all the pork loin cubes are covered with sauce; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours or more.

  • Step 3: Slice the pepper in half, remove stem and seeds and chop into bite size pieces.

  • Step 4: Place the meat and peppers on a skewer and brush with whatever sauce is left in bowl.

  • Step 5: Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and cook in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 to 20 minutes until pork is cook through. This will depend on how thick your pork cubes are.
