"Macaroni Salad is always good, especially in the summer with meats and fish cooked on the grill. This recipe is one with lots of flavor, and a little different than your average Macaroni Salad. I had it the first time at my cousin, Jackie's house when I was in Florida visiting several years ago, and love it. It gets rave reviews from all who try it, so I hope you will try it and see for yourself."

My family loves macaroni salad, but personally I was sick of the same old one I have been making for years, so I decided to try a new one and this was it. We loved it! The only thing I added was the option of pickle juice. It gave it a really nice flavor along with the hot sauce!

i made this with just a couple of changes. I used chopped bread and butter pickles and added in some shredded imitation crab. Very good!

Just finished up making this salad for my first barbecue of the year for Memorial Day. I had to taste test and it was delicious! I am letting it sit ahead of time in the fridge for all the flavors to mix in together. My family and friends are going to love this!

I made it and let it chill for several hours before serving to give it time enough for the flavors to mix in together and then served it ice cold out of the fridge. We dove into it and several of the crowd went back for seconds. This is an excellent tasting macaroni and one I will make many times in the future because it was so well received!

I served this up at a pot-luck dinner and it was gobbled up in no time. Thanks for posting this great recipe. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
